PRODUCT INFORMATION
• What are the materials used in the watches?
All Rubato timepieces are crafted with 316L stainless steel and hardened mineral glass. The timepieces are resistant to normal wear and tear. However, Rubato strongly recommends utmost care and maintenance of your collectible.
The Rubato straps are handcrafted with super fiber cruelty-free leather. The bracelet and chain embellishments adorning the Rubato timepieces are designed with 316L stainless steel

• What kind of movement does the watch have?
All Rubato timepieces are built with Japanese GL30 Quartz Movement.
• What kind of battery does the watch have?
All Rubato timepieces come equipped with standard silver oxide button cell battery.
• How long does the battery last?
The average life of a standard silver oxide button cell battery is between one (1) to two (2) years. The life cycle of said battery is dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Please note that Rubato cannot be held liable for battery replacement should your battery die before the mentioned time period.
• Are Rubato watches waterproof?
All Rubato timepieces have a water-resistant rating of 3ATM and are apt for everyday wear. However, Rubato strongly recommends removing your timepiece before bathing, swimming, diving, or performing any activity exposing it to water.
Kindly note, any damage sustained by your timepiece due to contact with water is not covered under the Rubato International Warranty.
• What are the materials used in Rubato jewellery?
All Rubato jewellery is crafted in steel.
• Are Rubato bracelets waterproof?
All Rubato accessories are apt for everyday wear and can be worn in light rain. However, Rubato strongly recommends removing your accessory before bathing, swimming, diving, or performing any activity exposing it to water.

• Will the rubato timepiece fit my wrist?
All Rubato Dream Wrap timepieces are adjustable. If the watch doesn’t fit you for any reason, get in touch with on WhatsApp +91 8447554470 or email contact@shoprubato.com. We will arrange for a pick up, alter the watch to your size and send it back to you.
All Rubato Love Wrap watches come with extra bracelet links. The links can be easily added or removed by any local watch repair shop as per your wrist size
• Can Rubato customise the collectible of my choice in the size I require?
Rubato prides itself on offering a topnotch consumer experience to our collectors and is elated to offer bespoke services, including customisation of the size. If you wish to avail this service, please reach out to us at contact@shoprubato.com
• What modes of payment do you accept?
Rubato accepts payment via Visa, MasterCard, PayTM, EMI, various other cards, and invoicing options. The payment options available for your order will be displayed once you have selected the country of delivery at checkout.
Please note that we do not accept payment using a card issued by an Indian bank for an international order.
• Are my transaction details secure?
All transactions for Rubato occur with secure encryption and follow strict banking standards.
Kindly note that all payment details are directly handled by our payment service provider and these details are then sent to your bank. Rubato does not have access to your transaction details and cannot be held liable for transaction errors.
• Can you gift pack my order?
Rubato prides itself on offering a topnotch consumer experience to our collectors. Thus, our signature packaging that charms both as a personal purchase and a gift is included in every purchase. Taking the experience further, Rubato offers the option to personalise the watch box and include a personalised gift card along with your order. Please indicate that your purchase is a gift at checkout and fill in the name for personalisation and a gift message that we will deliver along with the collectible(s).
Kindly note, Rubato reserves the right to not deliver gift messages that contain profanity and/or abusive information. This decision lies at the sole discretion of the brand.
• How can I cancel or change my order?
If you wish to cancel or change your order after payment, please reach out to us at contact@shoprubato.com or send us a WhatsApp message +918447554470 and we will do our best to accommodate to your request.
Kindly note, Rubato cannot assure the cancellation or change of an order.
• Can I get a refund if I cancel my order?
Upon receiving approval of the cancellation of your order, you will be eligible for store credit, redeemable at www.shoprubato.com.
Kindly note, Rubato does not offer refund by cash, credit transaction, or money order.
DELIVERY
• From where will my order be shipped?
All Rubato collectibles are shipped from our studio in Delhi NCR, India.
• Do you offer International shipping?
Rubato ships to over 230 countries worldwide via trusted courier agents.
• How long will it take for me to receive my order?
All Rubato orders are hand-assembled and quality checked at our studio after the payment transaction has been completed. For domestic orders, please allow us 3 to 5 working days from the date of purchase to ship your order. For International orders, please allow us 10 to 12 working days for the same.
If you reside within India, your order should reach you within four (4) to six (6) working days after dispatch. You will receive tracking information and an estimated date of arrival at this stage. Please note that the estimated delivery times are not guaranteed by Rubato. They may vary in case of extreme weather conditions, technical failures, location etc.
In case of International delivery, the time duration is dependent on a plethora of factors, including but not limited to customs. Thereby, Rubato does not assure a time frame for the same. If you’d like an estimated date of arrival before proceeding with your purchase, please reach out to us at contact@shoprubato.com
Kindly note, deliveries may also take longer during promotional periods.
• What are the shipping charges within India?
Rubato offers free standard shipping for select destinations within India. Please note that this is not applicable when ordering only accessories.
In case a shipping charge is applicable on your order, it will be displayed at the time of checkout. This cost may vary with the delivery location and its accessibility.
• What are the shipping charges for International deliveries?
The International delivery charge is INR 2000.
Kindly note, this shipping cost do not include custom duties.
• What are the charges for International duties and taxes?
All International duties and taxes are billed directly to you by the courier company at the time of delivery and are determined as per your country’s rules and regulations. If you’d like an estimate for the same before proceeding with your purchase, please write to us at contact@shoprubato.com or fill in our Customer Service Form.
• I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
In case you have not received your order till fifteen (15) days after the estimated arrival date, please reach out to us at contact@shoprubato.com or fill in our Customer Service Form.
In a situation where the order is lost during transit, Rubato will ship a fresh order at the earliest possible date.
However, Rubato is not liable for re-shipping of your order under the following conditions:
> The delivery address you provided is invalid, incorrect, or obsolete.
> The delivery address you provided is not in the correct format.
> The courier company failed to deliver you the package after three (3) attempts.
> The recipient refused to accept the package.
• I have just received my timepiece, however, it’s not working. What should I do?
All Rubato timepieces are sold with a battery saver in the crown. Please remove the plastic tab and press the crown into the side of the case in order to activate your timepiece.
WEAR & TEAR
• My watch straps are starting to wear out. Is this normal?
All Rubato super fiber straps are abrasion resistant and durable. Over time the material may pigment, fade, darken, or crease. Please note that this is a natural ageing process and showcases the beauty of luxe materials. It should not be considered a flaw or a quality issue.
Rubato recommends proper care and maintenance of the straps in line with the instructions included with your purchase.
• The electroplating of my collectible is starting to wear out. What should I do?
Rubato prides itself on using superlative electroplating methods. Nonetheless, it remains susceptible to wear. Once faded or damaged, no additional steps can be taken to bring the electroplating back to its original state. Thereby, Rubato strongly recommends proper care of your collectible for longer durability of the electroplating.
Kindly note, rose-gold plating tends to fade quicker than gold or silver.
• My watch has stopped working. What should I do?
All timepieces run out of battery after a certain time period. If your watch has stopped working it’s likely the battery requires replacement. You can reach out to us at contact@shoprubato.com or fill in our Customer Service Form for battery replacement services. You may enlist battery replacement services from a third party if your timepiece is no longer covered under the Rubato International Warranty.
Kindly note, battery replacements are not covered under the Rubato International Warranty.
• Is wear and tear of my timepiece protected under the Rubato International Warranty?
Rubato International Warranty does not cover any kind of wear and tear of the timepiece.
• Can I get my timepiece repaired by Rubato even if I don’t have the Rubato International Warranty?
All Rubato collectors are eligible to enlist repair services by the Rubato Authorised Service Centre.
In order to do so, please reach out to us at contact@shoprubato.com or fill in our Customer Service Form.
In order for smooth and swift processing of your request, please include the following in the email:
• Purchase receipt (if possible)
• Order number (if possible)
• Defect description and picture(s)
• Your first and last name
• Your current home or office address for delivery of the repaired timepiece
• Your current telephone number
• Your email registered with Rubato
You will receive a repair authorisation number from our customer service team within fifteen (15) days with further instructions about dispatching your timepiece.
Kindly note, you will be liable to pay all transport costs, estimated and unforeseen, for the enlisted repair services.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
• What is your return and exchange policy?
All Rubato collectibles undergo strict quality control before shipping. Thereby, Rubato does not offer returns. However, if your order is damaged in transit or you have received an incorrect order, you may exchange the same.
Kindly note, Rubato will only accept the order for exchange if it is returned in exactly the same condition as it was received. The collectible(s) should be unworn and untampered. The collectible(s) must also have the original barcode tag, warranty card, and packaging.
• How can I exchange my collectible?
In order to qualify for the exchange of your order, you must notify the Rubato team within three (3) days of receiving your collectible. You can do so by writing to us at contact@shoprubato.com or fill in the Customer Service Form. Any notification received post this time period will be deemed invalid.
Kindly share an image of the damaged or incorrect product in the email, allowing assessment by the Rubato Quality Control Centre. Upon authorisation by the centre, you can courier the product to Rubato Authorised Service Centre. Once we have received the same, we will dispatch the fresh/correct order.
Kindly note, Rubato reserves the right to approve or deny the exchange of your order.
• Where should I ship my order for exchange?
Upon receiving authorisation of exchange by the Rubato Quality Control Centre, you may ship the collectible(s) to the Rubato Authorised Service Centre. Kindly refer to the address for the same here(link to locations page).
• Why was the exchange of my order not accepted?
Rubato may deny your request for exchange under the following conditions:
> The original Rubato collectible is not to your size. Kindly refer to our sizing guide to ensure a hassle free shopping experience.
> The original Rubato collectible shows minor colour and/or design variation. Kindly note that all our collectibles are handmade and variation from the website is a possibility.
> Your order is not faulty or damaged.
> The order returned to the Rubato Authorised Service Centre is used, tampered with, missing original packaging or barcode tag, or bearing damage not previously notified.
WARRANTY
• Is my Rubato accessory under a warranty?
The Rubato accessories are not covered under any warranty. Please note that the Rubato International Warranty is applicable only on Rubato timepieces.
• How long is my warranty valid?
The Rubato International Warranty is valid for twenty-four (24) months from the original date of purchase. Please note that Rubato does not authorise any retailer or website to extend the period of this limited warranty.
• What does my warranty cover?
Under the Rubato International Warranty, if you become aware of any defect in the dial, movement, or hands of your timepiece during the warranty period and the same is verified by the Rubato Authorised Service Centre, the component will be repaired or replaced by Rubato without charge. The said defect may occur due to normal wear and tear or a previously undetected manufacturing flaw.
Timepieces acquired from unauthorised distributors, websites other than www.shoprubato.com, or modified by the retailer or consumer are not assured by Rubato™.
• What does my warranty not cover?
Your Rubato International Warranty does not cover the following:
> Batteries, bracelets, straps, glass or crystals, and electroplating.
> Any damages incurred by improper use, lack of maintenance, tampering, abuse, or handling of any component of the Rubato timepiece not in line with the instructions included with your purchase.
> Any damages sustained due to contact with water.
> Any damages caused by an accident or mishap.
> Any factor other than normal wear and tear or a previously undetected manufacturing flaw.
• My watch fell on the ground and has stopped working. Will the cost of repair be covered under the Rubato International Warranty?
The Rubato International Warranty does not cover any damages caused by an accident or mishap.
• Why has my warranty been declared void?
If the Rubato timepiece is opened, repaired, or altered by any entity other than the Rubato Authorised Service Centre during your warranty period, your Rubato International Warranty will be considered void.
• If my watch is registered online, do I need to share the stamped warranty booklet while acquiring repair services?
Rubato timepieces registered at www.shoprubato.com do not require a hard-copy of the stamped warranty booklet for enlisting repair services.
• How can I register my watch with Rubato?
You may register your timepiece at www.shoprubato.com at the time of purchase or any time before your warranty expires, by filling in the Watch Registration Form and uploading an image of your stamped warranty booklet.
